Central Movers are a proud, small, family owned and operated business, that are committed to making your move easy, simple and hassle-free.
As a father and son team with over 15 years of combined experience within the moving industry, we originally began our journey in New Zealand working with other removalist companies, before moving to Australia and starting our own business here.
We saw a need in the industry for high-quality moving services, that offered tailored plans to suit the needs of the customer, while also providing efficiency, professionalism and a personalised one-of-a-kind service that creates a sense of calm for people, during what is traditionally a stressful process.
We work really hard, and always operate to the highest standard, because we have a genuine passion for the work that we do, and are dedicated to creating stress-free moves and relocation services for our customers.
Over the years we have developed a reputation among our existing customer base, and within the industry, as down-to-earth professionals who consistently offer reliable and affordable moving services. In our many years as movers, we have always, and will always, remain approachable and available for our customers, building strong relationships that quite often become referrals, or repeat customers, who us each time they move.
We understand that people don’t just move during business hours, and that quite often, evenings and weekends are required, to suit your own lifestyle needs. That is why we are contactable 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week, so that you can discuss your move with us outside of your working hours, and we can make arrangements for you, making it even easier for you to stay in touch with us.

- Moving house — Moving in to your new home has never been easier with our hassle-free and affordable house moving services. Our team are here to take the pressure off you, and get you moved in safely and securely.
- Moving Offices — If you need to relocate your business, but want to minimize disruptions to our business, our team can help by providing efficient and seamless office relocation services.
- Moving Long-Distance — Moving interstate can be stressful, but our professional team of movers can get you to where you need to be, and help you organise your move in a way that is stress-free and affordable.
- Moving Unwanted Junk — Our junk removal services are able to be included as an add-on service to your move, or as a separate service. We can help you get rid of your unwanted goods sustainably and affordably.

We have tools and drills in every vehicle.
Time starts as soon as we get to the job so we won’t charge you if we are late.

Our standard fee will be given to you before hand. But overtime is charged by increments of 15 minutes.
So if you hired a Truck + 2 Man, the extra hour will be $130, but if we just went over 15 minutes, we will charge $32.5 extra
We have different rates for different services. Please make sure you hire the right service for your need.
We have 3 options: 5.5 Tonne Truck + 2 Man, 8.5 Tonne Truck + 2 Man and 12 Tonne Truck + 2 Man.
